*Expensive mattress but cheap quality. *Tell a customer anything to make a sale but once your money is taken they don't want to know you. *When a fault arises with the mattress they won't return your phone call. * Your back will be out of place. Before I bought an Everest Support Nature queen mattress less than 6 months ago I was concerned about the individual pocket springs and so ask the sales person (Leigh who happened to be the owner of the store) If the springs can move out of place or get stuck. He replied "NO", and showed a sample of the mattress which was 20yrs old and said its been poked, thrown, sat on, stood on, walked on and even jumped on but was still perfect. So I asked again can the springs move out of place, and the reply was "NO". So I bought the mattress (10yr warranty) and less than 6 months later the springs have moved out of place, there are indentations on the mattress, my back was out and was very sore. I am now sleeping on the floor put my spine back into place. I have contacted the retailer many time in the last 3 weeks but the retailer nor the manufacturer want to take responsibility. Don't buy mattresses from this crook nor the Everest brand, in the end you will have lots of headaches, displaced spine, a mattress you got to get rid of and loss of money.
