0/3 Arrogent, under cooked, and don't bother trying to take a piece of raw fish to the owner and tell them its raw, she is right and you are wrong, and no matter how thick or thin the piece is, she cooks it all exactly the same time, so hope you get a medium piece. Extremely unfriendly to say the least.
