Would not recommend buying a car from them they promised that the car would be detailed for us when we picked it up and nothing had been done to it at all it was still uncleaned. The car didn't have much petrol in it we had to find a petrol station on our way home. Very Very poor communication all round. There were other communication break downs as well on the phone we were assured of a good deal then when we went in there they said oh no we cant do any better then what we have already told you. They seem to all run around the air conditioned office and only show you cars on the computer at there desk ( hard to see with such a small screen and well just not as good as the old fashion way of walking around the yard. They don't seem to like to go out of the air conditioned office. Save yourself some frustration go somewhere else other then Toowong Mitsubishi.

Bought my new car from Toowong Mitsubishi, from the beginning it seemed salesperson was keen for my business. After the contract was signed, she didn't want to know you... had lost interest... constantly had to chase her up. No freebies given or no trying to even upsell merchandise. Contract terms were not filled, received the car with less than full tank, had to chase up again and had to wait for about a week to finally receive fuel cards. No real explanation on what the next step is with the whole process, very brief with everything, delayed on finance Invoice to try and get us to go through their finance for more commission when she knew from the beginning that we had already gained approval from our bank. Car was not detailed, my signature forged for some paperwork for Mitsubishi. I hope I will have no problems with my car as I do not want to deal with them again. It was a bad experience for my very first brand new car, that I was not too excited when I got the car. Will not recommend them at all from the Salesperson, to the Delivery and Finance Manager. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I WAS TREATED JUST LIKE ANOTHER NUMBER, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE FRUSTRATION GO ELSEWHERE....

I have always had the belief that you treat people they way they treat you. Well Toowong Mitsubishi have always treated my family and me well and that is why we have bought over 5 cars from there. My wife and I dealt with both Richard and Natasha there and were again treated extremely well from the start to the very finish. We were very happy with the deal we got as they were several thousands cheaper than the other Mitsubishi dealership we compared pricing with and along with Donna, Victoria and Frank they all helped making the experience another good one. We love our Pajero and will be back when we need to replace it.

Well it seems my experience is not unusual. After purchasing my car i had a query which could have impacted on the safety of my vehicle and ended up talking to the Manager. After expressing my concerns he was quite abrupt and told me to bring it back. I explained to him that it would be a two hour drive there and a two hour drive back his response was "i don't control where my customers live". I was finally able to get it checked at my closest dealer which will happen in a weeks time. NOT HAPPY with the service of the Manager at Towoong nor his attitude to his so called paying clients. POOR...... Staff however were polite and helpful.

Absolutely disgusted with the sales procedure at this dealership. The sales guy tactical approach to myself and my family left me feeling quite violated. Not to mention the ongoing phone calls for months after. I was lead down so many golden paths only to be told to spend more money again and again. This happened in every aspect from sales floor/finance. I left the dealership quite shocked at there approach will never go back there nor refer freinds. Family owned is thrown around way too much and the KIA dealership was no better.
