I recently moved from bibra lake to success. I found furniture express on google and they booked me in on short notice. On the day of my move they were on time and very respectful. I had a lot of heavy furniture, it was a hard days work for the guys. I have moved quite a few times and this moving experience was by far the best ive had.

Worst experience with this company!! Will never put anything in storage again after this. Lost and ruined my things!! They do not take responsibility had to take them to court. my advise is DO NOT USE!!

Firstly the guys who came out were lovely, considerate and a pleasure. Unfortunately they did not perform the job that I contracted them for sufficiently – to be removalists. We moved 12 months earlier using 1 Stop Moving Shop and they were our first preference but were unavailable so we contracted WA Furniture Express Removals. WA Furniture Express Removals had less to move than 1 Stop Moving Shop (12 Cartons, large wardrobe and large teak cabinet less) yet took 3 hrs longer, this equates to WA Furniture Express Removals costing us $600 more. Accessibility of moves was comparable. A second team of WA Furniture Express Removals employees needed to be called in to finish the job in a timely manner (before dark). The second team that were called in were definitely professionals; they moved swiftly and demonstrated experience and professionalism. Between broken furniture, duration and unwillingness to listen to instruction (from management) WA Furniture Express Removals have reinforced my loyalty to 1 Stop Moving Shop, in future I will organise my moves around 1 Stop Moving Shop availability.
